In February this year, preparatory work for the construction of another investment carried out by APP-Projekt S.A. It will be a complex of multi-family buildings. These are low residential buildings that will enrich the Warsaw map of residential buildings. The object will be located in the vicinity of Konstancin. Currently, design works are underway, this is the stage of the multi-branch concept. The third quarter of 2019 plans to obtain a building permit. APP-Projekt S.A. with this project he performs the project management function consisting in conducting the investment process, cost control as well as investor's supervision.
