We are pleased to share the results of one of the most comprehensive hotel modernizations in Wrocław. APP-Projekt acted as the Contracting Authority Representative in the revitalization of the legendary Hotel Wieniawa, now operating as Four Points by Sheraton.
Originally built in the 1970s, the nine-story building at 130 Gajowicka Street has undergone a complete transformation—from a relic of the communist era to a modern Marriott network property, offering:
The scope of work included: a vertical and horizontal extension of the building, new façade, foundation insulation, new installations, elevators, and full accessibility for people with disabilities.
The modernization work was carried out between January 2023 and April 2025. The project was executed by Chemobudowa Kraków S.A. as the general contractor.
The architectural design was developed by Emkaa Architekci, with lead architect Mariusz Krupa in collaboration with Konrad Papis.
The investor behind the project was PHH Hotele Sp. z o.o.
