We are proud to announce that APP-Projekt is providing investor supervision for the construction of CTPark Toruń – a modern distribution, production, and warehouse center located on Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street in Toruń.
This is our first project in cooperation with CTP, where we contribute our experience and a comprehensive approach to quality control and compliance with the investor’s expectations.
The scope of the investment includes:
▪️ construction of two warehouse halls,
▪️ accompanying technical infrastructure,
▪️ technical facilities and buildings,
▪️ internal road and parking system.
The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026.
