APP-Projekt is proud to serve as the Bank Supervision Inspector for the Grafitlove Estate, a new residential development in Skórzewo, carried out by Enklawa Winogrady Sp. z o.o.
The project involves the construction of three multi-family residential buildings, two parking areas, and all necessary technical infrastructure. In total, 51 modern and comfortable apartments will be delivered, with completion scheduled for September 15, 2025.
The architectural design is provided by Studio Architektury Andrzej Stachowski, while the general contractor is EXPERT BUD Sp. z o.o.
Our role as the Bank Supervision Inspector is to regularly monitor construction progress on behalf of the financing institution. We ensure the quality of execution, compliance with the schedule, and completeness of documentation. This guarantees safety, transparency, and full control over the investment process.
