APP-Projekt is responsible for project management and comprehensive investor supervision for the expansion of the Saxdor Shipyard production facility in Ełk – a modern shipyard where high-quality motor yachts are built and recognized worldwide.
This is yet another project carried out in the design & build formula, in which our team ensures quality, compliance, and timely delivery at every stage of implementation.
The scope of the project includes:
Expansion of the existing production and warehouse building
Comprehensive development of the surrounding area
The new part of the facility will significantly increase the shipyard’s production capacity and support Saxdor Yachts in its continued international growth. Construction work began in early May, and the facility is scheduled to be completed and handed over for use by October 15, 2025.
