20th Anniversary of APP-Projekt
The year 2025 was also special due to the celebration of APP-Projekt’s 20th anniversary. Two decades on the market are the result of a consistently implemented strategy based on high-quality services, reliability and a partnership-oriented approach to cooperation with clients, investors and contractors. This milestone confirms our stable growth and the trust placed in us by our business partners.
Quality and Safety as a Standard
High standards of quality and occupational safety are reflected in numerous awards and distinctions, including prizes awarded in Occupational Health and Safety competitions organised by the National Labour Inspectorate. These awards were granted for projects delivered in cooperation with our clients, among others in Poznań, Gdańsk and Wrocław. In 2025, we completed many key stages of ongoing investments, including structural works, and commenced further phases of projects at the same sites and with the same partners, which we consider the best proof of our clients’ trust.
Team and Expertise
Today, APP-Projekt is a team of over 160 experts operating across three offices in Poland. We systematically expand the scope of our investments, combining many years of experience, specialist knowledge and effective cooperation within interdisciplinary teams. We firmly believe that a strong team is the foundation for delivering the most demanding projects.
Technological Development
The year 2025 was also marked by intensive technological development. We focused on further enhancing our proprietary construction project management platform, which is actively used by our clients. The platform increases process transparency, improves communication and supports effective management of investment delivery.
