Just six months ago, we announced the start of works and the ground preparation phase. Today, the Siennicka 29 investment has reached another important milestone — the topping-out ceremony, symbolically marking the completion of the key structural works.
At this project, APP-Projekt is responsible for investor supervision and, together with Syrena Management, for overall project management, ensuring quality, timeliness, and full compliance with the project assumptions. This stage clearly shows how consistent teamwork and effective coordination translate into tangible progress on site.
Window installation is already well advanced, allowing interior works to intensify regardless of weather conditions.
