2026-01-28 | Modernisation of Aquarius Business House in Wrocław with APP-Projekt

Renovation works have officially started at the Aquarius Business House office complex in Wrocław. APP-Projekt is acting as both Project Manager and Site Supervision Inspector, responsible for coordinating and overseeing the construction, renovation, and installation works.

The aim of the investment is to upgrade the property to Class A standard and adapt it to the modern expectations of today’s tenants.

The scope of the modernisation includes, among others:

• renovation of entrance lobbies, restrooms, and common areas,
• implementation of a BMS system supporting heating and cooling management,
• preparation of infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations,
• installation of photovoltaic panels on the building roofs,
• improvements in accessibility and pursuit of WiredScore certification.

The project will be carried out in phases – works in the second building are scheduled to begin in Q2 2026, and APP-Projekt will continue supporting the investor through project completion by the end of 2026.

The architectural concept was developed by BS Design, while construction works are being delivered by Reesco Sp. z o.o.
