The construction works in Marywilska Street in Warsaw are now being carried out in two stages. In Stage I (buildings No. 1 and 2) the construction, walls and roofs have been built and approx 90% of work on the facades of both buildings has been already done. Inside the buildings floors, plaster and ceramic cladding in the communication areas have been laid. Windows and doors have been installed in the premises and doors have been fit in in the basement zone, where currently the floors are being finished. Work is also progressing in the area surrounding the complex.
In Stage II (building No. 3) the trenches as well as the construction and the isolation of the underground car park have been completed. The construction of the ground floor and the ground floor ceiling, where approximately 40% of work has been done, have been initiated. Also the backfills to stop the dewatering of the excavation have been successfully finished.
