Just in 4 cities out of 9 undergoing this analysis, the average increase of prices took place. Gdańsk noticed +3%, while in Katowice, Lublin, and Szczecin the increase did not exceed 1% MoM.

Offer prices on primary market

One metre of apartment in Warsaw, according to the report, is 8037 PLN/m2 followed by Krakow, where developers estimated housing areas for 7306 PLN/m2. Next positions are Wrocław (6263 PLN/m2) and Poznan- 6221 PLN/m2.

The situation has not changed in Lodz, which is the cheapest city concerning one metre- 4856 PLN/m2, followed by Szczecin (4969 PLN/m2). One metre of a  new apartment in Lublin in September cost 5246 PLN and in Katowice 5366 PLN.

Secondary market

Higher prices than developers are proposed by the holders of apartments in Warsaw. In September the price in this group of one m2 was 9291 PLN. The capital is followed by Kraków and Gdańsk with an average price of 7800 PLN/m2.

Concerning the secondary market cheaper are: Lodz (4129PLN/m2) and Szczecin (4537 PLN/m2). For a bit more than 4,5 thousand PLN the metre of apartment might be bought in Katowice (4626 PLN/m2).
