In February 2021, we took the investor's supervision over the Central House project carried out by OKAM Capital.
The service will be provided until the fourth quarter of 2022, when the 8-story building is put into use. The modern residential investment is being constructed on Domaniewska 49 street in Warsaw. The building with 474 apartments is to be of a high standard, with the infrastructure enriched with numerous amenities for residents and ecological elements as well.
It is not the only project on which we cooperate with OKAM Capital. We also provide the investor's supervision service over the Inspire investment in Katowice, in Dolina Trzech Stawów.
