APP-Projekt is responsible for project management, investor's supervision and cost control of the investment of PID Polska Sp. z o.o. In Warsaw at Poleczki 32 street, a four-story facility, of a total usable area of almost 5,000 sqm will be constructed, along with internal development, access to the office building, fire road and sidewalks.

The general contractor is FineTech Construction Sp. z o.o.
The completion of the works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022
