We continue to work with our partner - Hillwood Polska on several projects. The construction of warehouse in Siechnice near Wrocław is in its final stage. For a facility with an area of 25 thousand sqm, the investor has obtained an occupancy permit, and preparations are currently underway for the final acceptance of the building. We also completed our activity on two Hillwood projects in Warsaw, on which we also provided Investor Supervision. A warehouse complex was built in Targówek, which consists of two buildings with a total area of over 49,000 sqm. At ul. Mineralna in the district of Włochy, a modern office and warehouse facility was built - the first office building of our partner in Poland.
