We cooperate with Echo Investment in Łódź on the implementation of the next stage of the Fuzja project, at which we will provide the services of the Construction Manager, Construction Management and Investor Supervision. The three-storey building will be erected in the vicinity of two already completed office buildings for the Łódź branch of the Fujitsu Global Delivery Center. Part of the façade of the new building will be built with the preservation of a fragment of the historic wall. Fuzja is very interesting mixed-use project combining office, residential and service functions. The office space will be fully arranged by CitySpace, a flexible office operator owned by Echo Investment and already operating in several Polish cities.
