We signed a contract with Hillwood Poland for the realization of another project, this time in Korzensko, Lower Silesia. As part of the cooperation, APP-Projekt will provide Investor Supervision services for the construction of a warehouse center. The facility will have a built-up area of approximately 54 000 sqm along with other facilities and technical infrastructure. There are plans to obtain a BREEAM Excellent certificate for the hall. The project is expected to be completed in July 2023.
Not long ago, we finalized activities for Hillwood Poland on several other projects in the Lower Silesia and Mazovia provinces, including duting the construction of a warehouse hall in Siechnice near Wroclaw, as well as on two Warsaw developments: in Targówek (a warehouse complex) and in the district of Włochy on Mineralna Street (a modern office and warehouse facility).
