APP-Projekt conducted technical supervision at the acceptance stage and customer acceptance of the second phase of the Nove Olendry residential investment in Naramowice in Poznań. On this project we cooperated with the developer of the estate - Novaform.
The second phase of the estate consists of 188 apartments. The showcase of the estate is the unique external façade made of mineral clinker tiles and ecological solutions introduced on the investment site, e.g. a photovoltaic installation.
Novaform belongs to the Dutch holding company Klok, a dynamic family company with great experience acquired during over a hundred years of history. So far, Novaform has completed several dozen single and multi-family projects in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.
