INVESTMENT SUPERVISION

APP-Projekt S.A. offers investor’s representation on the construction site. As part of this service, we provide technical and technological control of the works performed. The scope of our activities includes checking the conformity of works with the project, acceptance and approval of particular stages of the construction, as well as financial control of the investment. We offer our services to investors who need additional specialist assistance, important in the case of a multistage investment. The Investment Supervision includes:

• Performance of the function of Supervision Inspector in compliance with the requirements of Polish law;
• Verification of compliance of the performing works with a building permit, designs and standards;
• Monitoring a compliance health and safety regulation on the construction site;
• Monitoring the quality and progress of construction works;
• Participation in the final acceptance of investment.
