On May 11 a symbolic topping out ceremony was held at the first stage of the Osiedle Witaj investment in Poznań. This is a project of Rednet Investment and APP-Projekt provides Project Management service on that investment. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor as well as APP-Projekt employees. We have reached the building shell of the project and the finishing works inside the buildings will be continued.
We are delighted to have taken this big step forward in reaching the shell stage. Despite the external challenges, stage I of the Osiedle Witaj is being carried out as planned and we are currently moving to works related to the interior finishing - emphasizes Michał Korwin-Małaszyński, Member of the Management Board of APP-Projekt.
The residential complex is being built in Poznań's Naramowice, one of the greenest districts of the capital of Wielkopolska - and will be located in the vicinity of meadows, forests and oxbow lakes on the Warta river. The investment will be implemented in four stages, which include 500 apartments in total.
