We are actively working on another residential investment in Warsaw's Wilanów district. As part of the Millanova Apartments housing estate, which is being built at Drewny Street, we provide the Investor's Supervision service for Sivanet and we act as Project Manager. The multi-family complex will consist of three intimate buildings with a total of 93 apartments. The areas will vary from 40 sq m to almost 100 sq m. The apartments will have a loggia, and selected units will have roof terraces or gardens on the ground floor. The completion date of the investment is planned in Q3 of 2024.
