As part of the cooperation with the Syrena Invest Real Estate developer, we are responsible for organizing the tender for the selection of the General Contractor, as well as for the Investor's Supervision in the Racławicka 7 investment. It will be a 5-story building with twenty apartments of various sizes, with a balcony or terrace. Among the advantages of the project, apart from the designed high-class finish, is the prestigious location in Old Mokotów, close to the metro line, with good access to the center and friendly, green surroundings. Completion of the investment is planned for the end of 2024.
