CENTRAL HOUSE investment, a residential building in Warsaw is to be finished soon. We operate at the construction in cooperation with the OKAM developer, providing the investor's supervision service. CENTRAL HOUSE is being built in Mokotów district, at Domaniewska Street. Almost 480 apartments with an area between 26 and 115 sq m have been prepared for customers. The project is created based on the concept of the OKAM's New Quality Policy, according to which the investor offers tenants a number of pro-ecological solutions and improving their quality of life. These include, above all, a roof garden of 220 sqm, two internal green courtyards, as well as a tenant zone with a relaxation area and a gym with a sauna.
