In Poznań, at Smardzewska Street, we participate in the implementation of the Ronson Development - Grunwald Między Drzewami investment, under which we are responsible for investor supervision. The multi-family residential building will have 4 floors, and it will offer 117 apartments of various sizes: 2, 3, 4-room apartments with an area of 37 to 81 sq m. Over 170 parking spaces are also planned in the facility. Construction is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
