The developer Syrena Invest has completed construction works on the Klukowska 54 investment in Warsaw's Targówek district. APP-Projekt engineers were responsible for managing this project.
Klukowska 54 consists of three intimate low-rise buildings. In total, 61 apartments with an area of 30.50 to 116 sq m were built there. and a garage hall with parking spaces and storage rooms. The investment also includes 3-, 4- and 5-room apartments with large balconies or gardens, the area of which reaches 143 sq m.
With Syrena Invest, we also completed Mińska 63 investments, i.e. 156 apartments, 5 commercial premises and 5 office premises. In April 2023, we started the construction of the Raclawicka 7 investment, comprising 20 apartments and two commercial premises.
