APP-Projekt provides investoment supervision for the new Pułaskiego 19 project in Poznań implemented by Duda Development.
The investment envisages the construction of a seven-story building with 33 residential premises with areas ranging from 35 to 191 sqm located on five floors. The #Pułaskiego19 building will also be equipped with a number of pro-ecological solutions: heating using a heat pump, ventilation with recuperation, electrical installation with the possibility of creating a charging station for electric vehicles and a rainwater recovery system from the roof.
The building was designed by CDF Architekci. The general contractor is Trasko Invest.
