The Górna Dolna Wilda in Poznań is being built under investment supervision by APP-Projekt for OKRE Development.
The investment involves the construction of three buildings separated by green courtyards between two parallel streets, combining the downtown atmosphere of Górna Wilda with the recreational character of Dolna Wilda.
The project will include the construction of 93 apartments and flats designed in a modern and minimalist style by the @Ultra Architects studio. The buildings, in addition to the service part, will also have an underground parking lot.
The general contractor is @Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. The works started in December 2023 and will be completed in 2025.
