The ongoing construction of the residential estate in Szczecin has reached stage IV. Current works are located mainly in the L4 building as well as on the adjacent area. The investment is progressing on schedule and will consist of the residential building with one-storey underground garage, ground level parking places and essential access routes. Also construction of the associated infrastructure with networks and connections as well as development of the surrounding area has been planned. APP-Projekt S.A. is responsible for investment supervision.
