The West Link office and exhibition project in Wrocław, started in August 2016, has been completed. This five-storey office building offers class A offices, which was appreciated by the tenants - the building was 100% leased during construction.
Main tenants - Nokia and Hilti
Two companies will soon move their headquarters to the finished building: the Finnish mobile giant Nokia and Hilti - the world leader in the field of system solutions for professionals in the construction industry. Around 200 m2 of usable space and 266 parking spaces will be available to new tenants. In addition to its own headquarters, plans to open a bilingual kindergarten with a nursery branch for 125 children in this building.

During the opening of West Link, a memorial sculpture by Oskar Zięta was also unveiled in front of the office building. The work of the Polish architect and designer shape resembles a clover, and its size reaches 6 meters.
As part of the implementation of the investment APP-Projekt S.A. he supported the investor, Echo Investment SA, in the field of construction management, investor supervision, cost control, tenant coordination, and dedicated health and safety supervision and BREEAM certification control.
The investment was transferred to the new owner of Globalworth Poland.
