The construction of Stage 2D of the Ursus Centralny development has officially begun, with APP-Projekt providing comprehensive investor supervision and full coordination of the construction process. The project is being carried out in collaboration with the investor, Ronson Development.
As part of this stage, four modern residential buildings will be constructed, comprising a total of 351 apartments, retail spaces, an underground garage, parking areas, and extensive technical infrastructure and landscaping.
This is the next phase of the ongoing investment, in which APP-Projekt is responsible for ensuring coordination, quality control, and timely execution, supporting the investor at every stage — from planning, through implementation, to final acceptance.
The General Contractor for this phase is Techbau, while the architectural design is provided by ARCHIPLAN STUDIO Sp. z o.o.
Construction began on January 7, 2025, and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
