We are pleased to be coordinating a new project for the developer Cordia Polska, which involves the construction of a complex of seven semi-detached residential buildings, each featuring an open garage integrated into the structure.
Our responsibilities include comprehensive technical supervision of the investment, covering quality control, monitoring of work progress and deadlines, as well as compliance with the project documentation.
In addition, the project includes land development, the creation of essential technical infrastructure, and the construction of retention tanks, which will play a key role in sustainable stormwater management.
The investment is located on Flatta Street in Warsaw’s Wilanów district—a prime area offering convenient access to urban infrastructure such as schools, kindergartens, and recreational spaces. This makes it an attractive place to live for families and individuals who value comfort and proximity to nature.
The project is currently in the earthworks and foundation phase, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. Once finished, the development will feature 14 spacious and modern apartments across seven buildings, all designed with residents’ comfort in mind.
The general contractor for the project is DTM Budownictwo Sp. z o.o., and the investor is Cordia Polska.
