The APP-Projekt team is providing investor supervision for the construction of a modern warehouse facility with office space, commissioned by HAL Sp. z o.o. The project is located on Spokojna Street in Baniocha, and construction is progressing according to schedule.
The development includes a spacious warehouse hall, modern office facilities, fully landscaped surroundings, a fire water reservoir, and supporting infrastructure – including an internal gas installation. This is a comprehensive investment that addresses the growing demands of modern logistics and warehousing, where both functionality and quality of execution are essential.
Our team of inspectors ensures that all work is carried out in accordance with project documentation, timelines, and investor expectations – guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, supervision, and safety.
The general contractor for the project is PHUB Łucz-Bud Sp. z o.o., with completion planned for July 2025.
