The Rednet Investment hired us for the next, second phase of the construction of the Welcome Housing Estate in Poznań's Naramowice. As part of the investment, APP-Projekt, as the general contractor, will build 154 apartments with an area of 28 to 80 sqm. The project will also include a multi-level above-ground parking lot with 510 parking spaces, the construction of which is the responsibility of PTB Nickel. The designer of the estate is the Modo Architektura studio.
With Rednet Investment, as the general contractor, we also work on the Widok Warta investments in Poznań and Let's Sea Baltic Park in Gąski.
