APP-Projekt, as a management company, was hired for the construction of the Ogrodowa 12 premium apartment building, which will be built in the center of Poznań.
Our engineers will supervise all phases, from the tender, through implementation and appointment of investor supervision, to the final settlement. The first works on the construction site have already started.
Ogrodowa 12 will be ready in 2026.
The contract was commissioned by Sovo Development, which undertook the revitalization of the tenement house and changing its function from service to residential, and expanding it with an additional apartment part. In total, the complex will have 120 elegant apartments, concierge service, co-working space, an electric vehicle charging station and an internal garden. The investment will also be connected by a passage available only to residents to the Apollo passage.
