Starpharma – a manufacturer of pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements and functional sweets – has moved into a new production and warehouse plant with an office part in Lesznowola. The APP-Projekt company dealt with project management and was responsible for investment supervision of the project.
– For APP-Projekt it was a unique and very successful implementation. Working for the pharmaceutical sector requires great care, reliability and knowledge of the certification requirements specific to this industry. I am very satisfied with the progress of the project and I am glad that I could take part in it as a manager - says Janusz Bugielski, project manager at APP-Projekt.
The facility covers an area of almost 3.5 thousand sqm is located in Lesznowola near Warsaw. The building is equipped with modern machines and installations that meet the highest pharmaceutical standards and ensure process automation. Currently, it is the main production plant of this company with a number of certificates, including the most important ones: GMP, ISO 13485 and ISO 22000. The facility has high energy efficiency and a modern BMS system that helps in managing the building and its installations.
Starpharma has over 30 years of experience in the production of pharmaceutical drugs and OTC dermocosmetics and over 12 years of experience in the production of dietary supplements, medical devices and healthy/functional sweets. The company exports goods to over 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
