The second stage of works commenced at the construction site of the 59 Bulgarian housing estate in Poznań. Preparatory works on the construction site are underway, a storage yard is hardened, which has already reached reinforcing steel. At the completion of works there are also access roads to the construction site. Recently, reinforced concrete works on the ground floor have begun, including reinforcement of reinforced concrete walls or splitting for reinforcement joints. In addition, dismantling of the escape corridors was completed.
As part of the services provided, APP-Projekt S.A. performs the function of project management, cost control and investor's supervision.
