APP-Projekt's cooperation with the development company RONSON Development has expanded to include another residential project. Grunwald Między Drzewami is being built at Smardzewska Street in Poznań, and our company supervises the construction of this investment.
Grunwald Między Drzewami is a project with 117 apartments with an area of 37 sq m. up to 81 sq m The building is located in a convenient location - right next to the business center and in close proximity to the center of Poznań - on the one hand, and near the Marceliński Forest - on the other. The investment includes a number of pro-ecological solutions, and the size of the gardens will reach up to 170 square meters.
Grunwald Między Drzewami is another investment entrusted to us by RONSON Development - we also work together on many other residential estates, the largest of which include: the already completed Panoramika in Szczecin and the ongoing Ursus Centralny and Moje Miasto projects in Warsaw.
