In The One investment, which is being built right next to the beach in Ustronie Morskie, we perform banking investor supervision (BIN) on behalf of Sun&Snow.
The One is 104 comfortable and air-conditioned holiday apartments with many amenities, such as: indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and service premises on the ground floor of the building. The apartments will be from 25 to 86 sq m. surface.
The general contractor is Przedsiębiorstwo LECH, and the project was created by the PWA studio. Construction works will be completed in May 2025.
With Sun & Snow we also run a tourist project in Szklarska Poręba.
