Skanska Residential Poland - the investor of the Solen Kabaty residental project in Warsaw - entrusted APP-Projekt with the service of bank monitoring, consisting in monitoring the progress of work and the use of financial resources.
Solen Kabaty is a new apartment building in Warsaw, which was built at Wilczy Dół Street, on the edge of the Kabacki Forest. The four-story building includes 102 apartments with areas ranging from 44 to 130 sqm. The general contractor was the Skanska construction company. The facility already has an occupancy permit, and the first residents receive the keys to their apartments.
