Skanska Residential Development Poland is carrying out the Nu! Warszawa Wola investment, where APP-Projekt provides the service of the Banking Supervision Inspector. “Nu” name symbolizes a friendly and comfortable place to live. As part of the first stage of the project, the investor will build 145 functional and ecological BREEAM-certified apartments. The estate is to encourage residents to enjoy the full life and charms of the city, thanks to its location in close proximity to the city downtown. The space will be organized in accordance with the Scandinavian order and concern for well-being - therefore, a spacious park with sports infrastructure and a graduation tower will be created. The commissioning of the investment is scheduled for the last quarter of next year.
