In the capital city, district of Włochy, we continue to provide services for G City Europe (formerly Atrium European Real Estate) and the Urban Home brand on the Rubikon Apartments project. Having previously prepared a technical due diligence report for this investment, we are currently dealing with Project Monitoring. In addition, the Investor entrusted us with another task in the field of fit out technical support.
The Rubikon project was created for young professionals who are at the beginning of their professional careers, but at the same time looking for an independent apartment for themselves. Between Techników, Cegielniana and Szczęsna Streets, three buildings will be arranged to arrange compact apartments with access to green inner courtyards.
With future residents in mind, commercial and service premises are also planned on the ground floor of the buildings.
