Both will have access to the underground floor and separate garage halls. The project is being implemented at the shoreline of the Warta River and the heart of the Starołęka district in Poznań. The investment officially started at the beginning of July this year and will end in June 2025.
The developer of the Widok Warta estate is Rednet Investment. – On the Widok Warta project, we have been cooperating with the investor from the very beginning, combining the duties of investment replacement from 2019 until now, through the implementation of works in the general contracting system of stage I buildings, which ended in 2022, until the newly signed contract – says Michał Korwin- Małaszyński, member of the management board of APP-Projekt. This is not the only contract that connects both companies. - We also cooperate with Rednet Investment on the Poznań housing estate "Welcome" and on the Let's Sea Baltic Park investment in Gąski - in both cases also as a general contractor - adds Michał Korwin-Małaszyński.
