APP-Projekt provided bank monitoring service during the construction of the Vendo Park retail park at Białostocka Street in Zambrów. This is the second Vendo Park in Podlasie region and the 36th in Poland.
The investment included the construction of a retail park consisting of four buildings with accompanying infrastructure. The total usable area of the facilities is approximately 8.8 thousand m2. sq m There are 12 stores in Zambrów's Vendo Park, including: Biedronka, Dealz, Hipper.pl, KiK, Martes Sport, Pepco, Tedi, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Sinsay, Smyk. The retail park in Zambrów was developed by Trei Real Estate as part of a joint venture with the investor Patron Capital.
