On May 8, 2024, during the European Economic Congress, the General Meeting of the Polish Association of Developer Companies_PZFD, of which we are a member, was held.
The meeting took place at the Silesian Museum in Katowice and focused on discussions about the current situation in the real estate industry and matters related to the association, including the election of new authorities of the Association. Maciej Wandzel became the President of the Management Board, and the Vice-Presidents: Monika Perekitko and Tomasz Stoga - congratulations and we wish you good luck.
We also summarized the year 2023 and pointed out the challenges and opportunities that arise for companies shaping the development market in Poland. The talks concerned, among others: legislative work on the hashtag #REIT, implementation of the hashtag #GreenOrder regulations, development issues in the area of construction and housing policy in EU countries.
