The expansion of logistic park in Kowale over which APP-Projekt S.A. was responsible for bank monitoring is completed. The facility of 18 000 square meters welcomes its first tenants for whom high quality and convenient location of this new storage space was a criterium of high importance in the decision-making process. Among first companies that moved into Gdańsk Kowale VI Logistic Center are ESA Logistyka - one of the leading logistics companies operating in 4 Central European countries - and Eastend.pl, an e-commerce platform offering items of top fashion brands.
The new facility expands Kowale logistic park total space to 140 000 square meters.
