APP-Projekt supports PHH Hotele with the modernization of two hotel facilities - in Poznań and Wrocław. We serves as a substitute investor and provides project management and investor supervision services.
The modernisation involve two hotel facilities belonging to PHH Hotele. Hotels Wieniawa (Wrocław) and Ikar (Poznań) were built in the 1970s. Wieniawa is currently a 2-star hotel with 161 rooms and a restaurant. Ikar Hotel has 3 stars, 164 rooms, a restaurant and 5 meeting rooms. Now both buildings will undergo thorough modernisation. After renovation they will become 4-star hotels under the brand Four Points by Sheraton, a part of Marriott International network.
