Green surroundings, intimate architecture, and top quality – this is what the newly completed residential project, Millanova Apartments in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, has to offer. We are proud to announce that the development was officially completed on July 21, 2025, as confirmed by the decision of the District Building Supervision Inspectorate (PINB).
APP-Projekt played a comprehensive role in this investment – from organizing the tender process for selecting the General Contractor, through project management and investor supervision, to handing over the apartments to their new owners. This is a prime example of effective and well-coordinated collaboration between all parties involved in the investment process.
The project consists of three multi-family residential buildings with underground parking garages, comprising a total of 91 apartments.
The investor behind the project is Millanova Apartments Sp. z o.o., and the architectural design was developed by FS&P Arcus Sp. z o.o.
