On February 25, we participated in the annual conference of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) titled “Old World, New Opportunities.” The event brought together representatives from across the market – from designers and investors to property managers and technology providers – creating a space for substantive discussions about the future of the industry.
One of the most compelling parts of the conference was the new technologies zone, which showcased solutions supporting building design, management, and operational optimization. The presented tools demonstrated how dynamically the PropTech sector is evolving and how it is already influencing everyday real estate practice – from operational efficiency to long-term asset value.
Another key element of the program was a debate on new solutions in construction and property management, in which we participated. The discussion clearly showed that technology is no longer just a trend but a practical tool supporting project quality, investment efficiency, and the sustainable development of buildings. The exchange of perspectives – from design, investment, management, and technology – highlighted the importance of collaboration across these areas.
During the debate, we also had the opportunity to present our approach and share insights from completed projects, demonstrating the practical application of solutions in real-life developments. APP-Projekt was represented by Jacek Korwin-Małaszyński.
