APP-Projekt has successfully completed another project for PROMAG S.A. The investment involved the construction of a modern warehouse and production hall located in Poznań, adjacent to the company’s headquarters.
The scope of works included the demolition of the existing facility and the construction of a new building from the ground up. The completed hall offers a total area of 1,082 m² and a height of 8.52 m, tailored to meet the Investor’s current operational needs. The project was completed in 2025.
APP-Projekt acted as the investor’s supervision representative, providing comprehensive oversight from the commencement of construction works through to final inspections and handover. Thanks to effective cooperation between all parties involved, the facility was delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule.
The design was developed by the project team, while the role of General Contractor was performed by MK Development Kuśnierczak Miłosz.
Continuation of a Long-Term Partnership
This is not the first joint project delivered by APP Projekt and PROMAG S.A. In 2022–2023, the company provided investor supervision services for the expansion of the PROMAG S.A. Logistics Center in Żerniki (Składowa Street) — one of the key facilities of its kind in the region. The investment included the construction of a production and warehouse hall of approximately 20,000 m², office and social facilities of approximately 1,600 m², as well as accompanying infrastructure.
The completed project is another example of the trust placed in us by our Investors — not only in large-scale residential developments, but also in modern industrial and warehouse facilities delivered as part of long-term cooperation.
