2026-07-01 | Agora Redevelopment for Eurozet Group

The redevelopment of part of the Agora building at Czerska Street in Warsaw is currently underway to create a new headquarters for the Eurozet Group. The new space will accommodate modern broadcasting studios for Radio ZET, TOK FM, and several other radio stations belonging to the Eurozet Group, combining office areas with professional broadcasting and production facilities.

APP-Projekt is providing project coordination and investor supervision services for this development. Our responsibilities include coordinating the investment process, facilitating effective collaboration between all project stakeholders, and overseeing the quality of works, compliance with the project schedule, and adherence to technical requirements.

The project combines contemporary architectural solutions with the stringent technical and acoustic standards required for professional radio broadcasting studios. The investment is currently at the interior finishing and fit-out stage.

The new layout has been designed to create a functional working environment tailored to the needs of modern media organisations. The interiors feature extensive glazing and open-plan workspaces that encourage communication, collaboration, and user comfort.

One of the project's most distinctive architectural features is a series of steel mezzanines, which enhance the building's functionality while giving the interiors a modern industrial character. Their structure helps organise the space and creates additional areas for work and teamwork.

An integral part of the investment is the construction of professional recording and broadcasting studios designed to meet demanding acoustic and technical standards essential for everyday radio operations.

This is APP-Projekt's first collaboration with this investor. The project demonstrates how effective project coordination, efficient construction management, and close cooperation between all stakeholders contribute to the successful delivery of a complex investment.

The completion of the project is scheduled for the end of July.
