APP-Projekt has completed investor supervision services for a residential development located at Dolna Wilda 10 and 12 and Górna Wilda 69 in Poznań, delivered for OKRE Development.
The project comprised three residential buildings constructed on a shared underground garage slab. The development includes 93 apartments, an underground parking garage with 96 parking spaces, ground-floor retail units, and surrounding site development.
APP-Projekt was responsible for comprehensive investor supervision throughout the project, including quality control, verification of compliance with design documentation, schedule monitoring, and ongoing risk management during construction.
The investment was completed in line with the planned schedule. The occupancy permit was obtained in December 2025, and the final handover was completed in March 2026 without delays.
This project demonstrates the key role of effective investor supervision in complex residential developments, ensuring process security, quality control, and timely project delivery for the investor.
