Monopolis in Łódź is one of the most recognizable urban regeneration projects in Poland. Developed on the site of the former State Monopoly Distillery, the complex today combines office, retail, hospitality, and cultural functions, serving as an excellent example of how historic architecture can be successfully integrated with modern urban spaces.
APP-Projekt had the opportunity to contribute to this development by preparing a technical due diligence report for the office and commercial complex as part of the investment refinancing process, commissioned by WYD 4.
